How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is billed on the total weight of your order at a fixed rate per kilogram, plus a single service charge covering transport, packaging and handling. The full calculation is shown at checkout before you pay.
Why does the weight differ from the pack sizes?
We bill on the actual consignment weight, which includes packaging. Each pack has a set weight and the totals are added up for you.
How do I pay?
Scan the UPI QR shown at checkout with any UPI app, pay the exact amount, then upload a screenshot of the successful payment.
Why do I have to upload a screenshot?
It lets us match your payment to your order quickly. Without it we cannot confirm which payment belongs to which order.
When is my order confirmed?
As soon as we verify your payment screenshot, usually within a few hours during working days. Your order page updates automatically.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, while it is still awaiting verification. Open your order and use Cancel order. Once an order is confirmed and packed it cannot be changed.
I paid but the order still says pending
Verification is manual and can take a few hours. If it has been longer than one business day, contact us with your UPI reference number.
