To fulfil an order we collect your name, phone number and delivery address, and the payment screenshot you upload. That is all we ask for — there is no account and no password.

Why we collect it

Solely to process, verify, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.

Payment screenshots

Your screenshot is stored so we can verify your payment and so you can see it on your own order page. It is not shared with anyone outside our team.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and support. Ask us and we will delete your personal details from records we are not legally required to retain.

Who we share it with

Delivery partners receive only the name, address and phone number needed to complete your delivery. We do not sell customer data.

Cookies

We use only what is needed to keep your cart working between visits. There is no advertising or third-party tracking.
